I help individuals and organisations to grow and thrive by nurturing authenticity, uniqueness, and strengths.
I am an experienced leadership and strategy facilitator and executive coach, working with leaders at all levels across the public, private, and VCSE sectors. My focus is fostering authentic growth, focusing on strengths, building trust, and helping everyone achieve their full potential.

At the heart of my mission is a belief that authentic leadership transforms both organisations and lives. I empower leaders to grow with purpose and confidence, building trust and creating a lasting, positive impact through meaningful growth and connection.

My Story

My coaching journey grew naturally from twenty years of teaching, where I discovered my greatest joy came from helping others, students and colleagues alike, find their own way forward. That passion for supporting growth now shapes everything I do as a coach, facilitator, and trainer.

I’m calm, curious, and deeply present, creating spaces where people feel truly heard and encouraged to explore their potential.
My signature coaching style is conversational and reflective, drawing on a range of models and theories to guide self-discovery through thoughtful questioning and active listening.

Whether working one-to-one or with groups, my aim is always the same: to help people uncover their strengths, gain clarity, and move confidently toward their goals. I’m currently completing my ILM Level 7 in Coaching and Mentoring and remain committed to my own growth and self-care, so I can show up fully for every client I work with.
